Job Description: As our Head of Health and Wellbeing, you will develop and promote our Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Plan. This will include managing associated contracts and taking a lead in supporting the wider business on all health and wellbeing matters, acting as the strategic business partner and subject matter expert (SME) in this field. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, Health & Wellbeing you will track the performance and execution of our Health and Wellbeing approach. This will include reporting on our performance and progress, as well as conveying this information to stakeholders Job Requirements: Able to prioritise activities and work to a plan Effective communicator able to discuss, influence, persuade and accept different opinions Well-developed design, written, verbal communication skills including presentation delivery Able to build and maintain good working relationship with colleagues Able to operate with limited supervision, but capable of working in a team across a range of situations Able to work with and influence operational and functional management Able to performance manage health contracts Qualification & Experience: Experienced in a management position, with previous experience leading a team Degree in Occupational Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) Previous experience in strategy/policy development and deployment in a large, complex organisation Adept at influencing others (at all levels) across a large organisation Proven track record of achievement in health promotion and strategic wellbeing roles Experience working with Trade Unions Job Details: Company: Royal Mail Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here
