Continuous Improvement Manager, Hatfield ( Hybrid Working )

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting a small team of CI process specialists who work across the Client Services business, you will lead from the front to manage the team and establish a culture of process ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work with your team and apply your expertise in continuous improvement and business change to identify and create supporting process maps that bring about real business benefits. This role will be instrumental in developing the continuous improvement agenda within Client Services and embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement through the use of Lean/Six Sigma and associated practices.

About you

  • Previous experience of Developing and utilising strong internal networks in order to leverage and recommend best practice and innovation for process improvement
  • Experience of developing, testing and implementation of processes and procedures
  • Experience in training others, particularly the ability to encourage best practice and driving data integrity
  • Business process re-engineering design skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a global matrix organisation
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills; ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions and present to diverse customer audiences
  • Understands Change Management techniques and has the ability to identify risks and risk mitigation strategies
  • Knowledge of end-to-end process design, capture and improvement methodologies – e.g. lean six sigma
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Be able to analyse, map and document key processes and work collaboratively to identify gaps and weaknesses in business processes to then design, develop and implement improvements
  • Relationship & stakeholder management skills which inspire confidence in a manner that is inclusive and collaborative with the ability to influence in a confident, confidential and diplomatic manner to achieve consensus
  • Energetic with a great deal of personal drive, enthusiasm and initiative
  • A strong bias for delivery and turning discussions and ideas into actions
