About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in benefits system administration, implementation and data analysis to work on the global rollout of our new benefits platform (Benefits+) across Ocado Group. We are due to launch in another 6 countries over the next 12 months and this role will be key in assisting project managers across tech build, user experience, platform testing and other global reward projects.

Assisting our Reward and People team, you’ll be working with the Reward Change Hub team reporting to the Reward Change Manager and working closely with the Benefits team. You’ll work with key stakeholders including business leaders, regional heads of people, people advisors across APAC, EMEA, North America, UK as well as our benefits brokers and administrators.

Please note:
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract

You will be:

  • Leading in some countries on the completion of the technical benefit designs for Benefits+

  • Supporting the Benefits+ Project Managers by liaising between benefits specialists, payroll, and Benefex (our benefits administrator) to ensure the benefits and user experience are both captured in Benefits+

  • Supporting tech build with ad hoc design requests for mid year changes (e.g. pension cash screen in the UK) and launch of new benefits in countries (e.g. Early Earned Wage in UK)

  • Deputise for project managers by leading Benefex/Ocado meetings

  • Build strong and successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Total Reward team members and vendors

  • Review vendor reporting to ensure accuracy

  • Lead technical testing and resolve testing issues as and when necessary

  • Conduct user testing of benefits platform and escalate any technical issues

  • Act as a key contact and support for the project

We’re looking for:

  • Experience of benefits platform implementation for a global HR function

  • Strong understanding of user experience and technical system testing

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience

  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work autonomously

  • A solution-driven mindset with a strong passion for problem solving

  • Experience delivering large-scale projects working collaboratively across multiple business functions
