We have a brilliant opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join our mission and help support the next phase of our products. How you'll spend your days... As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for defining test strategies for new product development including sample sizes, confidence levels, key metrics to measure, test and analyse. Other responsibilities might include; Developing predictive reliability models for new and existing products including traditional reliability analyses of failures (e.g. Weibull). Quantifying the impact on reliability of any design changes or cost down projects. Using accelerated life testing & stress screening techniques to realise potential weaknesses in design of new products. Work with other teams to mitigate them. Extracting useful statistics from existing product(s) in order to drive improvements for the next generation of design. Facilitating and leading Risk analysis and FMEA Workshops. You may be asked to perform tasks as required by management deemed as a reasonable request. A statistics based post-graduate qualification Experience of using accelerated life testing, reliability growth curves in electro-mechanical product development.
