About this Product Manager role
The Pick Station team is a multi-skilled technical team of engineers whose mission is to design and develop automation solutions to support fulfilment picking processes within our automated CFC operations. As Product Manager, you will work on the optimisation and expansion of our suite of smart workstations, evolving your product portfolio to address current business needs whilst aligning with the future vision. This role will partner with mechanical and controls Engineering Team Leads, to be the key go-to person within your specific area and sharing responsibility for the realisation of great products and solutions for our clients. Providing clear business requirements to the relevant product stream areas, the role will act as a bridge between the technical and business worlds

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have…

Significant experience of working in a product led environment, ideally as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role

Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including Project Management, Engineering, UX/UI
-
Proven ability to make decisions based on value – estimate the value of features or changes, performing cost-benefit analysis and constructing business cases

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Defining product roadmaps, building collaboratively with Design and Engineering peers, and shipping at scale
-
Experience capturing and communicating requirements to support product realisation
-
Experience of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to end of life
It would be great, but it’s not essential, if you have…

An understanding and appreciation for, or domain experience of, development and design of automation, industrial or embedded systems
-
Previous experience creating and launching hardware products in multiple international territories.

Experience using relevant software packages with a product focus (examples might include Jira,Gitlab, Wrike, Asana, Aha) to create and prioritise product roadmaps, features, stories etc
