About our team…
Our Engineering Services function is responsible for aiding the design, testing and manufacture of our automated products relating to our hardware and software products. We have a brilliant opportunity for an Operations MHE Technician to join our mission and help support the next phase of our products.
How you’ll spend your days…
As an Operations MHE Technician you will be responsible for the day to day running of the automated machinery including reactive and planned maintenance. You will also assist with the development and testing of new products.
Other responsibilities might include;

Responding to and diagnosing equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and actioning repairs

Completing planned or reactive maintenance in an accurate, timely and safe manner

Updating records of work activities

Carrying out quality inspections to ensure work is completed to a safe standard

Collaborating with the NPI team to implement new products
-
Assisting with any testing completed on site, giving feedback on tests for new software and hardware products

Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and assist with product roll-outs
This role may include occasional travel to international sites, with the potential requirement to stay away from home for a period of time.
