About the role:

As part of the Sustainability team, incorporating Social and Environmental sustainability aims, well integrated with impacts across the wider business you will help to drive impacts through our value chain to protect people and the planet.

You`ll be working with the Senior Manager in contributing to targets, reporting and data management, all in line with our Kind to Our Core Sustainability Strategy.

Alongside that, you’ll have a strong team around you, specifically, managing, supporting, and developing our Social Sustainability Assistant, who will work with you to identify the social impacts of how we do business across our value chain, acting to measure, monitor and remediate.

This role is ideal for a professional with:

Expertise in human rights and/or ethical trade (regardless of sector, though preference for apparel) including knowledge of the SDGs and ETI Base Code
Previous experience within social sustainability roles, ideally within a fashion retailer or sustainability consultancy or NGO (ideally at least 4-5years in this space)
In-country supplier/project experience strongly preferred, including any other languages
Strong numerical and analytical skills (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and passion for data, including analysis, measuring impacts and creating reports; attention to detail
