It’s a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Scrum Master to join our growing Digital Engineering team.

The Role:
You will have experience of working within an agile environment and have coached and lead teams. The role consists of 3 key responsibilities.
1. Serve the Scrum Team:
Coach, mentor, and develop the team to deliver value early and often, optimise flow of work, drive quality through fast feedback.
Manage scrum process and facilitate scrum ceremonies – refinement, retro, planning and demo.
Assist Product Manager to keep focus on continuous value delivery and customer collaboration.
Act as servant leader to the scrum team, develop team culture & identity as well as facilitating continuous improvement within the scrum team.
2. Act as an Agile coach to the organisation:
Ensure all stakeholders are aware of team’s progress and ability to deliver, track and communicate relevant metrics and report regularly to show team progress and velocity.
Perform as an Agile Coach working across digital engineering to help increase the agile maturity of squads
Work with other scrum masters across the digital-engineering teams to identify systemic impediments, dependencies and facilitate resolution.
Work with product managers and the rest of the squads to plan and schedule work at portfolio level.
3. Demonstrate Servant Leadership:
Help build a safe and trusting team environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgement, with an emphasis on problem solving
Lead by example, motivate, draw out, and reward the best work from individuals and highlights exemplary behaviour, skills, or accomplishments. Facilitate constructive debate to enable better decisions and shared vision
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years’ experience of leading cross functional software teams as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
Experience of working in an agile environment and knowledge of running and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Experience of leading distributed teams in remote working environment.
Preferably you have relevant certifications (e.g., CSM)
