Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Delivers the operational end to end process for Windows and POS – Planning, briefing, allocating and distributing in-store POS, Window messages and store specific messaging in line with brand strategy.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Planning and Operations Manager and print suppliers to deliver effective processes across POS stocks, allocations, store call offs and help desk in line with agreed SLA’s.
  • Completes briefing of windows and POS to creative and production team and works seamlessly with Traffic manager on all requirements
  • Assists the POS Operations & Creative Display Manager in the delivery of seasonal window schemes to store including allocation management
  • Supports the delivery of any requests for store messaging or cross-functional requests that specifically (includes fitting rooms and in store tannoy)
  • Maintains a strong promotional and local tool kit for all markets which aligns to POS strategy
  • Manages POS & Windows critical paths by working alongside traffic manager, calendar planning and VM team.
  • Communicates all weekly and seasonal marketing actions to stores through working closely with VM team
  • Writes seasonal guidelines alongside VM and wider marketing group.
  • Builds solid relationships with the retail trading operations manager to ensure all activity and events are understood and embraced by the store teams
  • Owns the delivery of any reactive trade marketing support needed for retail
  • Ensures all activity is delivered within budget and looks for cost saving opportunities
  • Maintains an accurate store & window database through our print supplier and through close links with concept, property, space and field teams to ensure correct allocations of POS
  • Manages the never out of stock process with print supplier for key generic POS to ensure these items are always available
  • Supports the tender of window concepts and scheme where applicable
  • Liaising with digital and performance marketing to ensure all activity across channel is aligned to the calendar.
  • Supports the Marketing Operations and Planning Manager and the wider Marketing team on projects as required to ensure an Omni Channel approach and cohesive Customer Journey
  • Support projects and campaigns with project management and collation of data, insight and content where required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • A minimum of 2 years+ experience working in marketing, production, POS or print buying.
  • Experienced in fashion and a fast paced environment.
  • Customer focus
  • Proven understanding and experience of in store communications, POS and windows
  • Proven understanding of retail marketing and customer experience
  • Previous experience of managing suppliers
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work at an extremely fast pace
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Approachable and effective communicator across all levels of the business.
  • Multi – channel focussed.


  • Fashion Retail Experience
  • Experienced in project management.
  • A knowledge of marketing campaign planning, creative and production.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Education, qualifications and technical

  • A minimum of 2 years+ experience working in marketing, production, POS or print buying.
  • Degree level or similar
  • Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign
