Job Responsibilities:

  • You will provide technical support for SuccessFactors.
  • This will involve answering and resolving customer enquiries, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring complete and accurate solutions are delivered in a timely manner.
  • You will support the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver system changes across different SuccessFactors modules including:
  • Security and Authorisations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent and Succession and Learning.
  • You will monitor key processes within the SuccessFactors application, ensuring system polices are followed in accordance with audit recommendations and IT best practice.
  • You will also help to resolve queries through liaison with other team members or process teams, helping to develop strong working relationships between the process teams, HR Services and customers.
  • A large part of your role will be interpreting HR systems data to resolve queries, requiring strong Excel skills.
  • You will have responsibility for granting / removing SuccessFactors system access, ensuring all users have the correct level of access to perform their role.
  • You will also ensure all service tickets being raised to the team are complete, have followed the correct process, and are completed within our Service Level Agreements.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good team player with a flexible approach to working across the teams within the department and wider organisation. It is important that you can develop excellent working relationships with all colleagues
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to meet targets
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Confident in the development of new solutions using Microsoft applications (e.g. advanced Excel) with experience of the Systems Development Lifecycle
  • Have a working knowledge of SuccessFactors or other IT application within an HR environment
  • Accreditation in at least one of the above SuccessFactors modules or be prepared to attain the qualification(s)
