Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor execution of solution build to ensure alignment to the design and the ability to meet business requirements
• Provides technical oversight and governance for reporting and analytics support initiatives and enhancements ensure that solutions are aligned with DAS technical direction
• Member of Data Analytics Services (DAS) operation team, ensuring Statement of Work (SoW) is followed and work is delivered according to committed target dates and business
• Reporting for Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Asset Work Management (AWM) from a production support and project standpoint
• Assist with the delivery activities in a hands-on manner where required
• Ensure support provided by vendors meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business clients
• Perform impact assessments for proposed changes to solution design
• Using an Agile Methodology, Organizes the work efforts of the OBIEE and ERP Analytics teams to ensure fulfillment of customer sustainment requests in a successful and timely manner
• Participate in requirements and design sessions for functional configuration and integration design to identify gaps, ensure alignment with standards, and identify conflicts between components of the overall
• Partner with TIS Functional teams in delivery and sustainment of business reporting needs

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills while also being an authority in understanding, setting and leading customer expectations
• Knowledgeable of data governance practices, approaches and technology issues and trends related to managing enterprise data and information assets in a large, complex organization
• The ability to conceptualize the business requirement and deliver innovative solutions
• A University degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering or equivalent)
• Knowledge of business applications such as SAP, Oracle or Maximo that are relevant to ERP along with technical skills such as SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI to support reporting activitiesExperienced in business intelligence, data warehousing and analytics, including working with data ingestion, data engineering, data provisioning, data visualization and data science teams
• 7+ years’ experience as a Technical Analyst, Functional Analyst, Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role
