Job Responsibilities: Proactiveness to provide the best alternatives to our customers with different options of routing, departing dates, metal, products and transit hubs in order to increase our booking successes rate. Maximizing Revenue Opportunities in order to support the commercial team to achieve our revenue targets. Support Account manager to develop innovative and creative partnership strategies with customer, which become the benchmark for good selling within IAG Cargo. The responses should contemplate the best alternatives that we can offer to our customers withing the SLA assigned to the Sales Negotiation team. Provide analysis of customer’s requests, their trends, opportunities and liaison with Account and Sales Managers in order to promote preferential rates and commercial actions. All quotes should be process using our CRM Sales force as our primary tool to quote and record opportunities. Act as main point of contact for capacity and rates access issues for our call centre services, as provide support and instruct best practices. Support customers’ accounts in the event of absence of an Account manager. As part of the Sales Negotiation Team you will be responsible of answering on timely manner all rate requests and quotes received in our spot’s email inbox.
