Job Description:

We are looking for a welcoming and efficient Duty Manager to work as part of the front of house team at the theatre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and safety of patrons, front of house, cafe and bar staff and volunteer ushers for performances, events and functions. The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience of facilitating and supporting large scale events, hires and activities. The post holder should also have excellent communication skills, as the role will involve liaising and negotiating with external bookers and visitors. A willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required is essential.
