Job Description:

As we embark on shaping and delivering an ambitious Global Property Strategy, the newly created role of Senior Property Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our strategic goals are fully aligned with our business drivers & future planning.As a member of the Property and Space Management team, the Senior Property Manager will influence the direction of how the function supports the future growth of ASOS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic management of ASOS estate, leveraging opportunities to create value from the portfolio
  • Review and appoint appropriate external advisors to support real estate activities
  • Developing portfolio plans and subsequent business cases to support investment demonstrating value or return on investment
  • Translating ASOS priorities into meaningful deliverables for the capital and investment strategy.
  • Working with the Director of Property & Space and Head of Property Projects to develop and coordinate an action plan to inform ASOS of the strategy, including the preparation of any reports or briefings on projects
  • Taking an active advisory role in all existing projects and provide recommendations for clearer alignment with the wider property portfolio
  • Responsible for all lease obligations of ASOS property assets (i.e., global offices and fulfilment centre portfolios).

Job Requirements:

  • Strong academic and professional record of accomplishment
  • Experience in producing and implementing asset management plans
  • Excellent skills in producing reports, presenting clear information to others verbally and in writing
  • Conscientious attitude and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and ability to influence others
  • Proven experience of developing and writing business cases, including financial modelling
  • Excellent commercial judgement with willingness to pursue an advantageous deal.
  • Good working knowledge of asset management working practices and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels
  • Experience of leading property acquisition and disposal transactions globally
