Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you’ll partner with some of our Commercial and Operations teams, to source, identify and engage the very best talent for ASOS.You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, at all levels, from school leaver Apprenticeship programmes through to experienced, senior management hires. We’re looking for an organised, pro-active Recruiter with experience working in a very fast-paced, high-growth environment who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recommending and driving process efficiencies that impact recruitment effectiveness
  • Working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Recruiting for a variety of roles across Commercial or Operations areas, which may include
  • Technical, Design, Studios, Finance, Procurement or Legal
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the various business functions and providing proactive solutions to ensure hiring KPIs and deadlines are met
  • Playing an active role in a number of People Experience (PX) projects, varying from Diversity & Inclusion, Culture to L&D focused initiatives
  • Partnering with hiring managers to best provide guidance and collaboration on how to hire and engage with a diverse network of talent for ASOS
  • Using a number of external channels to maintain high direct sourcing success, working closely with the Employer Branding Advisor to create relevant content and looking for new and innovative ways of engaging talent

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Great attention to detail, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced business, with the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple demands and build strong relationships across the business
  • A flexible and collaborative approach
  • Proven recruitment experience from an agency or in-house background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to engage the best talent at all levels, including senior hires
