Job Responsibilities: Responsible for enabling and enhancing Partners knowledge in a number of products (usually within an assortment) to support the delivery of an excellent customer experience and the achievement of sales targets. Job Requirements: Your engaging and adaptable style will achieve results through others by way of increased sales, greater customer satisfaction and high Partner advocacy. You will be expert in identifying learning styles and adapting your approach to suit individual Partners as much as in the assortment. You will be a key advocate for the customer in more complex assortments by understanding the end to end journey as well as having a deep understanding of the wider context in which the product(s) exists.
