Job Description: Waitrose & Partners has a fantastic opportunity for a Manager, Merchandising Operations to join the Merchandising Management team on a permanent basi You will set the priorities and identify conflicts and operational challenges making appropriate trade offs where necessary by directly influencing Forecasting Managers, Planning Managers, Distribution Leadership, Suppliers and Retail to ensure the delivery of the flow plan and achievement of broader Category Proposition Group (CPG) strategic objectives and shared KPIs, along with supply chain efficiency and service targets. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that the end to end stock flow plan is executed within agreed capacity guardrails Collaborate with and influencing the key senior stakeholders within Commercial, Retail, Distribution Operations and Suppliers Collaborate with the Stock Flow and Planning on proposed changes to the network, understanding the impact of changes on Merchandising and managing them accordingly Inspiring, motivating and developing a high performing team to deliver agreed plans and objectives and to demonstrate behaviours in line with the Partnership’s values and principles Effective performance management of your team Manage the efficient, effective and timely delivery of all activities within Operations reviewing resource allocation across the team as appropriate Qualification & Experience: Extensive experience of leading projects that deliver significant benefit to the business Extensive experience in end to end Stock Flow Management Extensive experience of leading a high-performing team Extensive experience of using data analytics to impact and drive decision making Job Details: Company: Waitrose & Partners Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bracknell, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here
