About the role As a Fulfilment Operations Planner, you will be responsible for generating operational plans for Customer Fulfilment Centres, including our state-of-the-art new sites. You will have the opportunity to get involved with multiple aspects of Warehouse Planning, resource management and capacity planning, as well as the chance to collaborate on interdepartmental projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will make sure we have the right people in the right places at the right time, maintaining accurate time and attendance records, and ensuring we our shift patterns are the best they can be. Rostering, staff turnover forecasting, and annual leave plans will also fall within your remit, so you will be keeping a close eye on overall headcount and flagging any concerns. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with enquiries and assisting with any queries. Working closely with our analytics team, you will also identify any improvement opportunities and generate weekly KPI reports. You will be based at our Bristol CFC. About you You are an excellent communicator, and you enjoy providing excellent customer service to stakeholders of all levels. You have an eye for detail and you are able to work quickly and accurately, managing your time effectively to ensure deadlines are met. You are comfortable working a shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings. You have a strong administrative and customer service background along with great analytical problem solving ability, preferably with an FMCG or warehousing background. What do I get in return?
