Job Overview Property Estate Analyst As part of the Workplace function within a high profile organisation and part of the Mitie Connected Workspace, this role will support the business areas within your sphere of responsibility to effectively manage their space solutions, by optimising the available space and effectively challenging requests, in line with the wider organisational strategy. To work alongside the Regional Facilities Managers and other key stakeholders to understand divisional demand and create innovative solutions that fulfill business requirements aligned to strategic property plans. To support the management of open property related requests, ensuring timely delivery through compiling conurbation space packs and chairing fortnightly stakeholder calls as a means to share updates and support with the governance around such things as updated floor plans. To closely work with the Estate Space Administrators and the Condeco team to align business unit information within their respective systems. This person will report directly into the Workplace Manager. Principal Accountabilities To drive completion of all BAU tactical property moves and new space demand within areas of responsibility, whilst ensuring aligned to wider Strategic initiatives Maintain up to date records of all open property requests, ensuring the Regional Facilities Managers are well informed so to provide updates the business Ensure that floor plans and occupancy data held within the SPACE management system is accurate and used to support with all property requests and maintenance of the Condeco system Establish strong working relationships with all with key stakeholders (Estates, HR, and Construction, IT etc.) to ensure feasibility is fully approved before solutions pass to the property delivery team To develop a strong understanding of property within certain conurbations and associated future plans To develop a detailed awareness of space availability within certain key strategic buildings and track ongoing utilisation To perform a 6 monthly audit of estate floorplans and occupancy data Work in line with agreed standards and processes ensuring continuity with the rest of the team Be flexible in approach to working patterns, to ensure operational standards are maintained Provide a professional and proactive approach to the team Ensure good communication is maintained between the Condeco team and other teams within Space Management, including the Space Admin Team.
