Job Responsibilities: During the programme, you will get the opportunity to work alongside a people focused leadership team. Together you will plot your potential future direction with the business and be given the ability upon completing the programme to apply for applicable and available roles within your chosen department. You will be scored against assessments, behaviours, and final interview.
