Job Description: In this role, you will be expected to have excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical power and control wiring and test inspection of electrical installations. The Engineer will be expected to work on multiple FM systems with the majority of the work being Lift maintenance. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to discuss work and progress with customers and managers. You will also have excellent organisational skills. Job Responsibilities: Take a proactive approach to working with RMPFS support functions to ensure smooth running of operations on site Coordination of subcontractors on site Maintenance of electrical systems on site Analyse and understand technical issues in relation to Electrical Maintenance of M&E equipment and Lifts on site to a high standard Maintenance of the 23 lifts in the building Manage jobs in a proactive manner to ensure all KPI’s are met Deliver excellent technical results as part of the team Job Requirements: Must have a flexible approach to work Experience in fault finding and diagnosis with the ability to provide advice and guidance to others across all systems where required. The ability to analyse and understand complex technical issues in relation to electrical systems Experience of working in pressurised situations, with the ability to handle pressure and prioritise work The ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues.
