Job Description: We are looking for customer focused, professional receptionists to join our team to provide a professionally managed visitor service to all internal and external customers. As Receptionist, you’ll be our meet and greet point and be responsible for access to the site, checking visitors’ ID passes and ensuring all visitors sign in and out appropriately all whilst presenting a professional image will be vital to the business. Job Responsibilities: You’ll be responsible for general administrative and support activities, to ensure the operational/ customer requirements run smoothly. Duties include building fault reporting, booking meeting rooms, meeting room management, security access and other ad-hoc admin duties as required. Job Requirements: Customer focused with a first-class telephone manner. Experience of using a switchboard is advantageous. Excellent communication and strong customer liaison skills. IT literate including Microsoft Office packages and email systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Receptionist and Administrator experience. Team player with a flexible approach to work. Ability to build and maintain excellent customer and colleague relationships. Excellent attention to detail is critical. An SIA licence (DS) would be desirable.
